Admission Procedure


Admission to various courses in our Institute is open to all without any distinction of religion, caste and creed on all India written fest basis conducted by the Institute and only successful candidates are admitted on merit basis.

The admission notice is given in all the leading National and State level newspaper after 15th April which contains detailed information with regard to submission of application form

Application form prospectus may be had on cash payment of Rs. 250/- from the office of Institute or by sending Rs. 280/- by M.O./Bank Draft in favour of M.M.R.M. Technical Institute, Phulwari Sharif, Patna – 801 505.

Minimum required qualification for admission in ITI courses is Matriculation and equivalent. However Candidates possessing certificate of Fauquania, Moulvi & Madhyma etc. from Madrasa Education Board/Sanskrit Education Board are not eligible to be admitted in electrician and D.M.C trades of ITI courses.

At the time of admission the candidate has to submit original marksheet of Matriculation Madarsa and Sanskrit Board along with & Leaving certificate in the office of the Institute.

Desirous persons seeking admission should have sufficient knowledge of Math, Physics,
General knowledge, English & Hindi upto Matriculation level.

Note

1.                   At the time of admission at least Rs. 23000/- for two years course and Rs. 8000/- for one year course out of the full course fee shall have to be deposited. Rest amount of course fee may be deposited in two installments. 1st installment by 30th December and final installment by 30th April.

Every trainee should keep in mind that before each & every exam at least 80% attendance must fulfill. As per the new rule of the Govt. trainees having less than 80% attendance shall not be allowed to fulfill the exam form in any examination. The admitted trainees if not allowed to fill up any exam form on the ground of attendance having less than 80% such trainees would have to take fresh admission in the same trade by again depositing the full course fee next year.
